1:1 Session: Feeling Systems

1:1 Session: Feeling Systems

Description

Feeling Systems is a movement-based session focused on feeling-sensitivity in relation to others and wider systems. This session incorporates physical interaction, feeling and use of other senses.

The purpose is to develop the ability to direct one's attention into others and systems with increasing sensitivity and enhanced ability to respond effectively.

If practiced over time, this can increase your ability and enjoyment within your domain: martial arts, surfing or swimming, workshop facilitation, public communication or influencing social, cultural or economic systems.

The more one is able to "feel" accurately and widely, then you can anticipate better, respond appropriately, learn faster and enjoy the 'dance' of interaction and change with less stress or contraction.

The specific applications of this practice are tailored to each participants aspirations, circumstances and ability.

Through introduction of some simple practices to locate and shift one's feeling-attention, we can develop skills and then apply them to actual or envisioned situations.

The focus and of this session will be based on your aspirations and self-diagnosis (submitted prior) and responsive to the conditions at the time of the session.

Optionally, a recording of practices and reflections in the session can be made and shared to assess the difference paying attention to alignment makes.

Format

This session is best delivered in 60 minutes with 1-3 participants.

While in-person is preferred it can be delivered online with the right camera setup (high and wide field of view).
