1:1 Session: Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong

Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong, also known as the Eight Brocades, is a centuries-old set of gentle stretching and flowing movement Qi Gong exercises and is a well known powerful Qi Gong system and interlinked with Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Ba Duan Jin is widely recognized for its numerous benefits, impacting both physical, mental and emotional well-being.
In this 1:1 Session is intended for absolute beginners those who have already done some Ba Duan Jin. Each session will be customised to enable deepening and progression regardless of your experience.

Format
This session is best delivered in 60 minutes with 1-3 participants.
