Workshop: Flows in flux - enabling long-term benefits through short-term tactics

Workshop: Flows in flux - enabling long-term benefits through short-term tactics

Description:

Long-term visions and strategies can feel hard to implement in dynamic circumstances. Yet applying a principled-approach can generate outstanding long-term benefits through smart, efficient short-term tactics, AND feel easy.

This session:

  • draws on the presenters lived experience and case studies of effective projects, as evaluated by independent third parties
  • will demonstrate effective application of principles from ecology, psychology and sustainability to community and economic development,
  • draws on the perspectives of multiple stakeholders to illustrate the roles and relationships necessary to build long-term community wealth and wellbeing,
  • engages the audience in movement, interaction and reflection to test the principles in their own experience and circumstances.

Format

This can be delivered:

  • as a presentation in 20 minutes with minimal audience interaction
  • as a 45-60 minute workshop with small group exercises.

There is no upper limit on the audience size.

It can be delivered in-person or online (using online breakout groups).
